Professionals will take a look at recent incidents of office-shootings, their prevalence and various scenarios which can escalate to violence.
Preparing for a Workplace Shooting
What are the signs and signals that a situation may turn confrontational? How should you ensure that your office is prepared and how to assess a viable escape plan?
Your Facilities
Professionals will learn how to react in the event that shots are fired in their place of work, seeking shelter, contacting law enforcement and decision making strategies. They will also be advised how best to work with various law enforcement officers once they arrive on the scene.

Creating, updating and maintaining your Active Shooter Plan matters. This is not a onc and done situation. Methods and tactics evolve. Staff changes occur. We learn you to keep all staff informed and keep your Active Shooter plan up to date.
